How serious? I was going 25 MPH over the limit, first time offence, 2nd speeding ticket. Attorney worth it? Anyone have personal experiences they could just share? - No experience with this, but I can tell you that you will need a lawyer if you want to fight this. And whatever the outcome, you will be paying a lot of money. If you want the charges dropped, you will have to pay through the nose for a really good lawyer.
