Recently, I was pulled over and received a DUI. At the scence, I took the field sobriety test and blew a 0. 087% but when I got to the station, I only blew a 0. 07% 30 min. apart. I was also speeding and got clocked at 90mph in a 65mph zone. Is there any way I can get the DUI reduced to a lower offense? Do I even have a case? Should I get an attorney?
